In the event that someone helps a couple live a romantic adventure, in Hellas (Greece) we metaphorically say that they "hold the lantern".

But sometimes this phrase can also have a literal meaning!

As in the case recorded by the Mykonos Live TV camera.

As you will see in the video, a couple of tourists who were outside a bar in Little Venice, were flirting and right next to them stood a worker from the bar, who was holding a lantern!

The incredible trolling of the couple in love reached another level as, in addition to the man with the lantern, there was also a female worker who showered the tourists with rose petals while they were welding!

ΕΛΛΗΝΙΚΑ

Στην περίπτωση που κάποιος βοηθά ένα ζευγάρι να ζήσει μια ερωτική περιπέτεια λέμε μεταφορικά ότι “κρατάει το φανάρι”.

Καμιά φορά όμως αυτή η φράση μπορεί να έχει και κυριολεκτική σημασία!

Όπως στην περίπτωση που κατέγραψε η κάμερα του Mykonos Live TV.

Όπως θα δείτε στο βίντεο, ένα ζευγάρι τουριστών που βρισκόταν έξω από μπαρ στην Μικρή Βενετία, ερωτοτροπούσε και ακριβώς δίπλα τους στέκονταν ένας εργαζόμενος από το μπαρ, ο οποίος κρατούσε ένα φανάρι!

Το απίστευτο τρολάρισμα στο ερωτευμένο ζευγάρι έφτασε σε άλλο επίπεδο καθώς εκτός από τον άνδρα με το φανάρι υπήρχε και μια εργαζόμενη που έραινε με ροδοπέταλα τους τουρίστες την ώρα που χαλβαδιάζονταν!
